When the SEC proposed changes to rule 14a-8 that would create additional barriers to women and people of color’s ability to participate in the shareholder engagement process, thereby perpetuating systemic inequalities and oppression, our Founder and President Molly Gochman sent the SEC a letter to express her concerns.

We believe that an essential part of enabling full social participation is ensuring accurate and diverse representations of marginalized voices, and achieving meaningful diversity and inclusion behind the scenes in the production of media. As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion in media and storytelling, we invested in Level Forward, a new breed entertainment company committed to innovation and inclusion throughout all creative and business processes.
